had old account lost details will not take new card details as signed to another user

i had the same problem, even though i KNEW it was impossible! you might have to close your paypal account, and reopen using a slightl;y different name, etc

It should be your credit card. They may not accept other cards to prevent any scams. If you are sure you are putting the number in correctly then I would contact Paypal and your credit card provider - just in case you have a fraud going on!

(Silly question but are you sure your card isn't the same number as your old one and that it is your account causing the duplication.)

Hey I think you have to again re submit another card then they will give you a detail of transaction and you have to entred on that for confirmation. They will take off 1$ for this work.
