what do you do when your ipod is corrupted?

my itunes says my ipod(nano) is corrupted. i share the itunes with other users. i can still play songs on it.

if you downloaded the new i tunes you can have your i pod flashed back to the default( like new) then reinstall your music

the sharing with other users is what did it. go to an electronics store and they should be able to help.
