You must have an official ID and proof of address to open a bank account. If you don't have them, no bank account for you.

Sorry, that's the way it is.

How old are you? What do you mean by "You dont have address proof?" Telephone bills, Electricity bills, Voter ID card, Driving licence, ration card etc. Plz ask the bank authorities what else they accept as address proof.

Just carry your photos - 2nos, Pan card copy, address proof copy (like passport or ration card or driving licence or electricity bill) and at last you will need some one as an introducer who has a account in that branch. Any one. Don't forget to carry cash you want to deposit while opening the account.

If you have your telephoe, mobile, electricity or any other bill you can have your address proof given by it.
If you dont have get a telephone connected for a period of one month.
Get your bill and then you can have your account.
