Number 1 - your question, that sentence is incorrect.
Don't exactly know if these are correct, but here we go:
love is what you had showed me
love is what you taught me
even though sometimes it's hard to show
I do love you forever

Well, it's hard to tell they are sentences, since none begins with a capital letter or ends with a punctuation mark, except the last one. If it is to be a poem, then they are not necessarily sentences. If you want them to be sentences, I would say the first two lines are each complete, and the last two lines would be combined, using a comma. Or perhaps more like "Even though it's sometimes hard to show, I love you forever."
Makes a nice greeting card sentiment.

2行目love is what you taught me の方がいい。
3行目even though sometimes it's hard to show
4行目i will love you foreverの方がいい。
