Well, that's how the system works.
None of the fat cat business people had an easy start. They had to work their butts off to make the business stand first. Most Corporations share their Profits with their Staff and a few really work for the Organization while most goof off and then crib about the rich boss.
I worked my butt off to build my own Company and I give a fair share to my guys. Of course, I don't tolerate layabouts and goof offs because they pull the rest of the Team down.
Those are the guys you'll see always complaining about the way the fat cat businessman who heartlessly sacked them.
But then, who gives a damn?
Oh, and of course, everybody bitches about the celebs, too.
You should see the hate and envy that Arnold Schwarzenegger gets!?
It's unbelievable.

Anyone who earns their money legally can have as much as they can make as far as I'm concerned. People complain because they are jealous. They don't need so much so why can't I have some? Well do something and get yourself some. This is a free opportunity world, sure not everyone has the savvy to turn a million bucks and circumstances are different for everyone, but you constantly hear about people who are down and out hitting it big. Stop whining about how tough your life is and make the most of it, I say. I guess it's just too easy to drive past a big house and wish you had it too, then go right back to doing stuff that guarantees you'll never have it. That's just the nature of people.

Unfortunately, the world does not operate in a fair manner. Some people have more resources and opporutnities than others. Some occupations are more valued than others. I find it amazing that it's the entertainers that make far more money than those than those commonly taken for granted; those who produce materials or directly provide services to people.
Yes, it requires hard work to get into professional sports and such, but so do a lot of other jobs (some celebrities don't possess any talents but nevertheless well-known). They make far more money than they need. They often don't know what to do with it and waste on things they don't really need. There are struggling people out there who would appreciate just a tiny fraction of what they have.

people that run business, employee people. Those people don't make crap compared to the owner. Some vocal people feel that the money should be spread out evenly or at least more balanced. The quiet intelligent people understand that if they had the knowledge and balls and ideas, they would run a business and have loads too but they are just lowly workers and deserve the salary. Entertainers have no influence on our lives so they can have money and it's just cool.

If the public goes to see these actors or sports hero's and spent there money on them that is their fault.
If you send money to some TV evangelist and he gets rich who's fault is that? the public.
If some man works 7 days a week 12 to 14 hours a day and saves his money and invests wisely, why shouldn't he get to be rich?
Versus the guy who runs around won't work and is an alcoholic.
there is no shame in being rich. If you don't steal it or cheat people out of it by extortion.

Erm...where have you been? EVERYONE complains about footballers and pointless celebrities! And musicians at least have earned their money on record sales - what sucks the most about that though is the fatcat record companies extracting every last penny out of their fans with overpriced merchandise and club joining fees...

Footballers, Celebs etc provide entertainment, not only in their jobs but personal lives.
I think it's entirly fair becasue where theres a will theres a way and if people want heaps of money to "make them happy" let them.
I don't see how having loads of money could make me happier?!

generally speaking, the system works very well. the most deserving earn the most.
there is no such athing as a free meal....)unless your a muslim in england)
footballers talents obviously bring revenue to the clubs , they dont get it from charity or the government, they get it from us , however indirectly.
Business fatcats, cant take any more from the business than the business will allow, obviously , if someone has doubled my share value i wouldnt care what bonuses he was making, thats his busines and my good fortune is mine.
It is m onetarism and capitalism at its purest. It works very well and keeps many employed.
The great unwashed are easily entertained by superstars, its not unlike watching christians and lions fight it out in the arena.they are often more interested in their private lives than in the field they work in.

I dont know why, but the actors and sports stars are way over paid. Nobody is worth millions they get paid. The price of tickets is getting too high for the average fan to be able to go to games.
