I’m creating a new pet website as I have had a deal with another webmaster for a domain. What would you like to see on a pet website and what ideas can you think of that will help users and keep a perfect stream of activity of the site?

All of your suggestions are taken down and reviewed for consideration.

Thank you everyone for you comments, suggestions and ideas. The site will be at: www.cute-pets.com but it's not available yet. :)

I agree with a lot of people here about having forums, a section on Pet Health, and Proper Care. Articles can also help with search ranking! Product Reviews would be useful (you could even get people to comment on items), Personal Photo Album for people to show off their pets (maybe the ability to show 10 images or allow people to link to images from somewhere else), News stories related to pets, and a Classified Ads section are my recommendations. Look around at other pet websites and try to find a way to make your site more interactive.

this would be getting solutions if it exchange into in the small company classification rather of the pets area. i've got completed various the expos, positioned on something confortable yet no longer extremely fancy no 3 piece female's healthful designed for the place of work). no longer something which you will positioned on for mowing the backyard the two--merely 'large' stuff. and mushy shoes!!! A puppy oriented product t-shirt is effective too. community newspapers usually do specific articles on new keep openings (or you are able to deliver them a promotional 3 paragraph piece approximately it) and do not forget to envision the loose listings sections as skill 'Grand commencing on the __th of this month' style of notices. positioned up flyers on your homestead windows way until eventually now the hollow. And any community magazine and newspapers notices will could take transport of in by a undeniable due date--verify that for once you're able to get them the information. Sticking a brochure or notice up at any vet place of work that has a bulletin board is a sturdy concept, besides as on the three closest great grocery shops. women human beings purchase the stuff extra effective than men so it does not pay to place flyers up at gas stations, concentration on the place your demographics is in all hazard to work out your notices. desire you have a internet site--positioned that for the period of your promo supplies too, and make the positioning common to navigate. verify out what different puppy boutiques and puppy shops have of their web pages, to work out what works and what seems solid. If there are any puppy rescues on your section (google them on line) deliver them notices too. they are able to unfold the be conscious.

Thats a good idea. Maybe a list of pet illnesses and how to prevent them. Also a section on "Keeping your pet healthy". I'm interested in seeing your website when it is complete.

How to look after your pet properly. i.e. special requirements for certain pedigree dogs, or tropical fish etc. A lot of pets are mistreated because of ignorance, not intention to harm.

Try a gallery of pictures or short movies.
A good index of vetinary surgeries would be a good idea.
Links to websites that sell pet related things. (or sell 'em yourself!!)
