I hope this question does not have racist implications, but I'll answer anyways. The percerntage of White population may decrease, but they still make up the majoirty of the US population. The White population still hold the highest positions in government and corporate jobs. It is still rare to for a non-White to get into such ranks unless exceptionally talented. Really, I don't know why people are so obsessed with racial identity, we are all human beings.

in the sense that there are less of them, yes but only slightly. however they still make up the majority of the wealth and power in this country, so no they are not.
