Yahoo! Japan does't provide its English version. You can see it in English from the site below. Note that it's just a computer translation.

lol whats the point? just read the yahoo english one if you want to read it in English. If you want the news check out mainichi.co.jp
On the right hand side says 英語で読みたい 'eigo de yomitai' which is "I want to read it in English" there you go.
Kinda sad to read about all the tragic stuff going on in Japan though...
