My friend has something that I thought maybe she would share with me. She's so nice sometimes but lately since she got the thing, she's been kinda self centered and she agreed to tell me twice but then didn't because, I don't know (maybe she doesn't want me to show anybody). Well then I saw her telling somebody else (a stranger) that she would tell them. We're best friends but I don't know what to do. Please help!

Thanks for the advice. She doesn't know who the stranger is, they're from Yahoo! answers! Whatever thanks anyways.

My opinion is that you should try talk to her, show her that you two will still be friends no matter what. Maybe she thinks you won't be her friend anymore if she tells you that "thing". Talk to her about all the great moments you shared together, all the things you know about eachother and how she changed your life, how she was there for you when you needed her and also tell her that you will also be there if she needs you, I think this is the way to make her feel confident and tell you what's bodering her. Good luck

well think- are there things in your life that you wouldn't tell her about? maybe you two aren't at that level of friendship yet. and even if you dont know the "stranger," she might, and who knows if she even meant that she was going to tell him/her. try talking to your friend and tell her that it makes you feel kinda weird that she would try to hide something from you. good luck!
