No.

Fish can see in five colours. We can only see in three (although some women can see in four). Humans have a blind spot caused by the wiring of their retinas; octopuses do not. The resolution of human vision is not as good as that of hawks. A hawk's vision is about 20/5; they can see an object from about four times the distance of a human with 20/20 vision.

And that's just the eyes.

Our skin is not as thick and tough as a rhinoceros', so provides us no protection. It has no fur to keep us warm. We are not the fastest organisms. We are not the only organisms that know how to use tools (see Caledonian crows, some apes and beavers).

As far as evolution is concerned, if it survives, it's superior. If it doesn't survive, it's inferior. By that standard, all animals are superior, and by inference, all plants.

That depends entirely on the definition of "higher". If this is based on the intellectual capability alone, then yes. But if you imply that higher means better adapted then the answer is no. Take a chimp, for instance. At about the same weight as a human, they are twice as strong. Take birds: they have much better visions, they can even see colors that we are blind to, like UV. Most animals except apes -- including humans -- and guina pigs synthesize their own vitamin C, and we don't, so we have to find it in our food. Dogs smell and hear much better than we do. And so on.

er, yes and no. Depends on whether or not you agree that we are animals, or you think that we stopped being animals when we developed cognition. If you think we are still animals, then yes, we are a higher form (dominant form) of animal. Personally I think humans are capable of too much to be considered animals. Sure, a few rare species of animals exibit characteristics of human behavior, like socialism, tool use, teaching, sacrifice, murder, but animals, at least as far as we can tell, couldn't engineer a flight to the moon, or solve a system of linear equations.

You seem to have the idea that "Normally one animal will only kill another for food, and rarely does an animal kill a member of its own species." This is wrong. Chimpanzees and other social animals have been observed waging territorial battles in which they kill members of their own species. We only seem to be more violent than other animals because there are many of us, so our wars are fought on a larger scale. But all of our "animal" instincts when it comes to aggression are exactly that - something that we have as animals, just like all the other species on this planet. The only thing unique about us is our vast population. Next time you're walking barefoot in the grass, watch out for those warring armies of ants, fighting and killing members of their own species from different nests. If you have trouble telling which ant is which in that battle, you could try assigning arbitrary labels to the two warring factions. For example, ants from a nest in the western part of your yard could be called "Christians", while those from the eastern part could be called "Islamics". Similarly, warring Chimpanzees from northern and southern sections of the Congo rain forest could be called "Union" and "Confederate". Who knows? Maybe if ants and Chimps had space programs, they'd stop fighting each other.

We are a species of animals (apes), as for the higher form of animals....that is questionable. What is it that would make us a higher form of animal?
We're nothing special.

I don't think so, because god created Adam and Eve as humans not as animals that turned into animals by time.
