Maybe, but it involves much more effort than I assume you would want to go through.

If you have a Mac with an Intel chip in it, you can install Linux on it. Using linux and WINE to emulate a windows gaming environment, you should be able to play it. I know of people that have done this with Dark Age of Camelot, so I assume Guild Wars has an equal chance of working.

If its not a Intel chip that powers your laptop, then its not possiable as far as I know.
