in mobile phone there r 10 numbers begins with +7... and in stationary phone it depends on which city u call to

Generally, there are two types of mobile phone numbers - so-called "federal" (when you have to always dial a 10-digit number usually starting from 90X) and "local", when you dial only 5 or 6 or 7 numbers, when it's in a local area.

If you call this number from a different calling area then it's a 10-digit number too.

BTW, "8" is not the part of the number - it's an access to long distance (like "1" in the US or "00" in Europe). If you are dialing this number from abroad, then you'll have to add 7 (country code).

For example, dialing from U.S. will be like 011-7-900-123-4567 and dialing the same number from France will be 00-7-900-123-4567

in Moscow - 11 numbers, but if it's direct phone number - 7 numbers, for example - direct number - 123-45-67, not direct number - 8-900-123-45-67

like 11... and home numbers its... well.. depends.. in small vilages it can be 4 and in cities its like 7...
