Our mind flies around the universe when we're asleep. At least that's what i think, I'm not sure if there's a scientific explination for dreaming.

Basically, there are 2 types of dreams. Day Dream and Night Dream. When you dream in the day time, it means that you are Day Dreaming and dreaming in the night when you are asleep is Night Dreaming.

Day Dreaming occurs when we feel lazy and have no work to do. People say that Day Dreams usually predict our future.

But why dreams happen. Well, The basic understanding is, our brain works all day from morning till night for various purposes. When we sleep, we rest alongwith our Brain. At this time, our brain makes our sleep more calm by projecting us some images or a series of image that may make our mind relax.

Sometimes we see alien places or alien persons but we have to think that this is only an imagination. Our brain collects and composes information from our brain to process a dream. So, when it collects there can be some imaginative objects as well which are aliens to us.

One thing. Nobody in this world will be able to produce a wonderful computer such as a Human Brain.

Dreaming is a recovery tool for past events and a searching tool for the future. But these are merely the benefits of dreaming like saying we believe in God to most importantly behave properly. Just like the true purpose of believing is to just believe in something, the true purpose of dreaming is to dream. It reminds us that the 'real' world is also just a construction and besides dreaming should be separate from that 'real thing' that denegrates dreams: Dreams are a world of their own that we must learn to explore. There are so many differnt types of dreams available to the mind, even wakefull dreaming. Dreaming prepares us for a different kind of b0dy existance than the one we are so willing to place all our attention on.

Your brain needs to dream. It's what happens when you are in the deepest point of sleep. Activity, like dreams, is good... it keeps your brain alive and going and gives your subconscious a chance to play.

Our mind has to sort out all the things our senses took in during the day and in doing so it projects various images that are seen
by the inner eye. What I don't get is who are these people that I
don't even know or have never seen. Sometimes I even hear songs that I have never heard. It's Crazy!
