5-30 mph. I know a bunch of like 4-8 year olds that have them and I am curious if most people think this is crazy. I do!

Kids that age do not think about action/reaction they think "hum, that sounds fun!" and they act on impulse.
I absolutely agree with you and think that parents that give their 4-8 year old 4 wheelers are irresponsible.
Sure it looks fun and all, until they get hurt!

I think it's a good thing. Most of those 4-wheelers you can set so they only go a certain speed. My niece has one and can drive a wheeler better than I can. I think that the earlier they start the better drivers they can be in the future. Why do you think it is crazy?

My 6 yr old son is getting a 50 for Xmas this year. He already has a Pocket Razer motorcycle that goes 12MPH. A 4 yr old girl near us already has a 50 4WHLR.. You can adjust (control) the speed on them and where I live there is a lot of open area for 4 whlr's. I think they are lots of fun as long as the kids are wearing safety equipment.

yes I do. They need to be at least 10-12 or older before they are turned loose on those things. I was 13 before I had my first dirt bike and there were no such thing as 3 or 4 wheelers then. Just bike, mini-bikes, mopeds, and go-carts.

i think it's great if you can afford it. while when we were younger we had big wheels, that's what was available to our parents. i do believe a bike is more productive the 4 wheelers are a great addition to a child's ride on toys

I personally dont see anything wrong with it if you are supervising your children properly. My daughters will not be outside with me or my husband. So I think if you supervise your child that its not a problem.
