There are many webstores selling used books in the international market. But their delivery charges are not workable for me in India. Is there an Indian store?

Even with postage being limited to within the same country, only the most significant books would be available used on-line, since paperbacks clearly would not be worth their shipping costs in addition to their actual price. But you might use the Internet to find what store in India has what you are looking for, and then request it as a special favor. Or if there are enough books you want, it may be a search for the shop which is close enough to you to warrant a visit.

Used books on-line is not practical for common novels, which are available in paperback from thrift shops for less than the postage would cost. If you want the hardback version of a novel, you are already beyond the "second hand books" level and into the book collector's level, where the costs are not the issue, availability is. In that, it may be worthwhile to pay the shipping costs.

If you do not have cheap thrift store books in India, may I recommend you work on developing them? "Recycling" good novels is a major public service, and perhaps a charitable organization would want to sponsor it for a fund-raiser.
