I have send these mails ever since. No wonder I can't claim the prize won. Please tell me the truth of these FreeLotto thing.

They have been sending e-mail to claim my prize won. Since I don't have VISA CARD OR MASTER CARD I have never validate the forms for claiming but verification for Pin NUMBER is also verified. Since I am Kenyan I have been thinking that I can't claim for prize because I can't reach them. Even the department of unclaimed check I have writing that they are trying to allocate me. Is this lies or true?
