Born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, Ehsan Mani became ICC President in June 2003. He was nominated for the position by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), whom he represented at the ICC from 1989 until 1996.
In July 2001 Malcolm Speed became just the second Chief Executive Officer of the International Cricket Council.
Percy Sonn was appointed ICC Vice President by the ICC Annual Conference on 1 July 2004
