has to be gaa football and hurling. you start it when your in the womb and live and breath it throughout your life. it is blood in the veins of Irish people. you will see more excitement and skill in an under 14 match of hurling than a match in the champions league. any sport were you can represent your parish and cant be bought like a piece of meat has to be good
82000 people in a stadium to watch people who don't get paid give everything the have so their county can win. then the go back to work the next day win or lose.
GAA PLAYERS NEVER RETIRE THE GO DOWN PLAYING JUNIOR B AND DOG ROUGH IT IS TOO.
of course this is my opinion and have played a lot of other sports i think i am right. BUT i would never argue with anyone who has a different sporting preference as all of them can be legitimate answers. HOWEVER CRICKET IS THE EXCEPTION ANY 1 WHO THINKS THIS IS THE BEST GAME IN THE WORLD NEEDS TO BE BEATEN TO DEATH WITH A CRICKET BAT OR HAVE THE WICKET STUMPS SHOVED UP THEIR AR5E poncy gits in the white uniforms what a waste of time.

Hurling. Why? It's the fastest land based sport in the world. It's one of the oldest sports in the world and it's extremely difficult to play. The ball used is called a slither and it's as hard as a rock! If you get one in the face you'll know all about it! Protective head gear is worn but frowned upon! Well hard!

RUGBY!!!!!! You get two 45 minute halfs of non stop action. Players wear very little if no pads and the tackles are intense. You don't have the million dollar cry babys pouting about this and that. It's a really intense sport. Check it out!
