Hi. 0.754 x 1.0 would be obvious. 0.754 x .1 would involve moving the decimal point one place to the left. 0.754 x 0.8 would involve solving for the last value and adding 8 times.

this is it

0.754=754/1000
0.8=8/10 right?
0.754*0.8=(754/1000)*(8/10)
this means 754added 8 times then the answer is devided by 10000
