if you are joking then you are sick, if you are serious get her to a doctor this could be a sign of foul play or something extremely serious. dont wait

You need to get her to a doctor, but it could actually be a yeast infection

obviously best to see a doctor but it could be Gonorrhoea or Candidiasis
