Yes, however be careful of what you wear them with. If you wear a short, skimpy dress, it could look trashy, so opt for something a little longer that goes to around your knees. Also, if you're going to a party where there is going to be a lot of dancing, remember that most girls just take their shows off to dance, because the heels hurt too much.

Nice shoes, probably though I wouldn't choose the black ones if I was 16. And you'll get too tired and will end up not being able to dance or walk, because they are too high and thin heels.

yes those will be perfectly fine for a party, but from personal experience, you probably won't wear them the whole night. Normally i show up make the rounds, then kick them off over to a corner and have fun.

Those heels are cute...very stylish. It really depends on what type of dress she wears. But I would say no, they are ok. Its not really the shoes that makes them inappropriate, its the outfit they are going with.

I think that shoe you chose is a little to much for a school party, save them for the prom maybe. Don't over do it. Have fun.

They are absolutely appropriate. They're cute and versatile...they may hurt the feet after awhile, but they are really cute.

Of course...I wore pumps bigger than that when I was 13. Just make sure you balance them out with a longer pant/skirt/ect. so you don't look slutty.
