The code 0000 to activate the call barring when used comes up as not allowed.Motorola web site says contact service provider which is vodaphone and vodaphone cant help. All they say is take the phone to the nearest vodaphone shop.I know the code has not been changed since I have had the phone and the sim code and other password work to lock the phone.its just the call barring one that does not.

Thanks Chris

This is not really a problem for Motorola, it is to do with your service provider i.e. Vodafone.
Call barring does involve getting intouch with Vodafone customer services. If you phone them + they tell you that you'll have to take your phone to a voda shop. Then thats what you'll have to do. Every provider will be different. Orange lifted the call barr over the phone. O2 didnt have a barr on.
