An Associates Degree (in the Arts, Sciences, Fine Arts) takes two years. Usually only junior/community colleges offer it as a degree.

You can also pick up professional certifications (IT networking, medical technician, electrician) from vocational schools or community colleges in 1-2 years usually.

If the job you want requires a Bachelor's though, you're probably going to have to get it one way or the other (online courses or evening from an accredited university might be the way to go). Co-op's are available at a number of corporations so you can complete your studies over time and work with them in the interim.

I would think that would be an Asociates Degree which is what one usually earns at a communitiy college. If you are already enrolled in a college I would suggest you talk to that college and see if they offer anything. Most four-year colleges do not offer any type of degree for failure to complete their programs of study.

Good Luck!!!

Associate's Degree is correct, but it may not be sufficient to get you hired depending on the job you are seeking and the field you are interested in.
