The team hasn't folded yet. If a potential owner steps up, should the league reopen the Ottawa franchise for next season? Should they wait until they have a tenth team so we don't have the silly unbalanced schedule?

I agree that they should open a team in Halifax,They should get moving on building a new stadium for it.Ottawa may as well try a community based team, unless they can manage a dedicated, responsible owner No more flakey owners causing problems for the CFL.They should wait a year and get their act together.

Football in Ottawa has not been successful over the last few years. The rest of the league can't afford another poor attempt at keeping football in Ottawa. If they find a buyer for the franchise it should be moved to the Maritimes, maybe Halifax.
