If you are using a mouse with a scroll wheel. Hold the left Ctrl button on your keyboard, and move the wheel of your mouse. The text will get bigger if you roll the wheel towards you.

Alternatively, in IE, go to the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options', click on the 'Accessibility..' button at the bottom and tick 'Ignore font sizes...' (This will make webpages look horrible, but will solve your problem)

One final tip would be to change the resolution of your moitor to a lower setting 800x600 or 1024x768

Go to the View button on your internet tool bar, hit the text size button, scroll down to medium, click on that and your text will be back to normal.

If you are using IE then
View -> Text Size -> Medium
Also zoom your IE to 100% if it is lesser than 100%
If you are using OPera then
View -> Zoom -> 100%
If you are using Firefox then

Use the following keyboard sequence: Increase size, "control" and "+" keys. For smaller text, "control" and "-" keys.
Its quick and easy.
