You're only allowed the points that you can afford from that day! If youre on full choice that applies, but if you're on no count, you can have a treat based on the number of extra points you're allowed for the week! But breaking the rules is also OK from time to time! It's doing it regularly that will do the damage and remember, you'd only be cheating yourself! Good luck!X

The treats you have must still be included in your daily points allowance, depending on how many points you are allowed. If your wanting a special treat you can save upto 4 points per day over the course of a week, to have, say,at the weekend. You can go over your points allowance of course, but dont expect to lose the following week if you do! Ive been a ww member for over 5 years, and ,if done properly, it works well and you DONT feel hungry.

How you spend your points is entirely up to you. It's not for you leader to tell you whether you can have a treat or not. If you want to eat nothing but zero point vegetables and spend you entire points allowance on treacle tart you can. Won't be very healthy but you can do it.
If you're really not sure though make the treat 2 or 3 points. Or save them up and earn bonus points. If you earn 12 bonus points and save 5 points a day for 4 days then you have 32 points to play with, that's one hell of a treat.

Personally I wouldn't bother with weight watchers. Tried it and I was always hungry. Since joining Slimming World I've lost over 4 stone, I am always full and still get to treat myself every day.

As this question is in the Books and Authors section I presume you mean how many books are you allowed to read? The answer is easy - as many as you like as they do not contain any points at all; they are completely fat free!
