Yes, many times. I do it often when travelling (during transport), but I've never slept with my shoes on at home.

Loads of times. I was travelling around the world for YEARS, sometimes you have to sleep with your shoes on. For example, in a none-too-reputible hostel, outdoors, at bus stations, etc.

Not in bed... I think maybe in an airplane or in the car, I might have. I don't like to wear shoes, so I stay away from them as much as possible!
If I wear them to bed, that's just disgusting... I can imagine all of the germs and sh*it on the bottom of them... Excuse my language, but it's true.
