do you mean at once or over your lifetime it could be just one if you found the right guy but otherwise there is no real limit only precaution

There is no average number, its called life experience. It is completely up to the womens discretion, If she chooses to only have 1 sexual partner ever, then so be it. I have had 5, all of which were safe. Im no longer using contraceptive with my boyfiend (sexual partner number 5) as he's the one I'm going to spend the rest of my life with and were trying for a child. Everyone is different.

I agree with the other women, there is no average numbers at all. I have only slept with one guy, and he is the one I am engaged to. I have had other sexual experiences but not slept with them.
Why do you ask this question in the first place, you must be A either worried you have slept with many man, or B, still a virgin.
