Right now it's still partially frozen, but as it is thawing out it's starting to move around a bit. I'm afraid its gonna fly off when I'm not looking.

Yes, you do have to kill it, otherwise they put up a BIG fight when you try to stick them in the oven. FEATHERS everywhere!! Wow!! Not exactly a happy holiday event.
