Is it when your suppose to look up the flag for culture? I dont know but please help!

Dont see a relation between culture and the flag. Look up culture in the dictionary. Or give some more details of exactly what you want.

well, i dont really know what ur looking for but here's what i know:
17th of may is our national holiday. we walk downtown w flags and music.
the weather is really different from coast to inland...
the ocean doesnt freeze bcause of the golfstream..
there's lot more but i wanna answer other questions..
