Like on a chalk board? the high pitch just sounds unnatural. My brother will throw up if he hears high pitched sounds. I always say don't scratch your butt around him, LOL.

I think not all of us shudder when hear a scratching noise, I have no clue why some ppl shudder.!

Bad vibes. I wonder if it's a tree limb near the window, or my cat. But since I live in a condo and not a home, it's not really possible for the former to happen.
