it always frustrated me . When i first install it & activate , it works fine. Then, after a while, it ask me to activate again
What problem is this? Can you help me to solve?

I would suggest that you drop Norton it is a resource hog.
Try the following instead use a hardware router/firewall, install the free version of zonealarm, use avg free antivirus they also have a free anti-spyware as do some other outfits like ad-aware. Panda anti-virus also has a free on-line scan that works well if you have a high speed connection. That's what I use. I'd also suggest that you not use IE if at all possible there is nothing more spyware friendly than internet explorer.
