The name started with one guy who was (is) a troll on here. I think his account has been shut down numerous times, and he keeps registering new ones.
However, like a lot of things, it's probably spread like wildfire, where several people have taken the name. Think the beer commercial "Whazzz Uppppppp?".
Let's hope they're not all trolls, otherwise Yahoo! must have quite the problem on their hands.
