on your desk top right click on the shortcut hit delete a window will open leading you to programmes then uninstall. or just find it in all programmes and uninstall.

If this programme still wont go after you have tried the previous tips do this
click-Start-Control Panel- Performance maintenance- restore machine- choose a date prior to the instalation and click restore my machine

ok, use a prog called revo uninstaller, its free but it has the ability to remove progs fromm the roots, if cant find the remaining remmnents of zone alarm, try to install the zone alarm again and remove it with this prog and it will rip it from its roots and nothing leftover

click on start, control panel, then add/remove programs find the program on the list and click remove plus don't forget to remove the desktop icon if you have one too..........don't worry we all download things we then want to get rid of ...
