Knowledge!
I conduct trainings and share what I know (from reading and experience) with the rest of the gang. That makes me feel good ....because, I love the look of enlightenment on the face of the people, when I am able to connect with them and they are able to download what I am trying to convey to them and most importantly ... when they understand !
