Hi folks, Myself and my husband are highly educated small town people, who have lived a humble life all these years. we also have raised our child to be very simple unaware of the hi fashion culture in the metros.
Now a situation has arised that we need to move to a hi tech city and mix up with hi fashioned people. Can any one advice on the dos and dont's while mixing up with people?
Especially how would I receive my husband's prospective boss who belongs to the elite circle?

Yes. Be yourself, dress how you wish to dress, and behave professionally. "Highly educated" people don't worry about such things. Most of the world cares little about fashion. If you're concerned, don't be.

Be sweet and caring .People will be expecting this kind of attitude.Read and observe there is no short cuts in learning the customs whether its traditional or trendy .
