Only if semen (& the sperm) actually gets into your body and then fertilizes the egg will you get pregnant. You said you just started or had your period on the 27th? that would have to be October ( 3 weeks ago), I'm guessing. I would imagine that the timing is off and you are getting ready to have another period, but that is no guarantee. Really, if there was no fluid from him anywhere around your vagina, or in it, then there is really no chance. I would be very careful about fooling around until you get birth control and/or learn more about your body.

There is a very good chance that you are not pregnant. My advice to you is don't go that far unless you are truly ready for a baby. Accidents happen. I don't know how old you are, but, unless you both are using protection, don't go there again. Even if you both use protection, it doesn't sound like your are old enough to fully understand what you were doing or it's consequences. A baby changes everything. Now and for the rest of your life. Whether you keep the baby or put it up for adoption, it will affect your life so much. Please wait until you are much older. I'm not speaking bad about your guy, but honestly, you really don't know who he has been with and whether he used protection with the others. You are not just running the risk of prenancy, but also of disease. Please don't think that I'm giving you a lecture about sex, I'm just trying to give you some friendly advice to keep you safe. If this seems like a lecture, what will your parents say if they were to find out?
Please keep yourself safe, wait until you are older before engaging in sexual acts, and if you can't, then protect yourself as much as you can.

Anyway, no, you couldn't have gotten pregnant if your undies were on. You can only get pregnant by "doing it". And if you were pregnant, I think you would have missed your period this month...so, no, you aren't pregnant, okay? :)

Simple rule of getting pregnant - the sperm needs to reach the ovum.
If you were still in your underwear, then you couldn't have had penetrative sex (unless of course, you had on one of those crotchless panties.. hmmm...). If didn't have penetrative sex, the only way that his sperm can get even remotely near your ovum, is if he ejaculated on your panties near your vaginal opening. But even then, the chances of a sperm making it is very very very remote.
In short, you're most likely not pregnant.
Read up on basic sex education.

no because you were just close with undies on but if you and him were both naked then had sex you probably would get pregnant.

what are the kids getting taught in sex education .. no darling you are not pregnant but please don't fool around unless you know what you are doing and can use protection....
