knowing noting about the Jag i will have to guess
it is possabe that you have duel climate controls and your fan that is for the front has burned out
Not duel climate: could be a damper that has been jambed or inop.
Or if you park your car outside often under trees and such there could be a build up of leaves in your duct that goes to the front.

In the front of a Jag you're always 'cool', so no need to heat the seat!

a vent louver may be broken..check the line regardless of what the control says. also check the fuses if its electronic
