Sleep and Pepto Besmal. Only way to get rid of jet lag is sleep. Digestion problems coming from Vietnam is massive in what the problem is. Try Pepto and if it doesn't work, go to a doctor.

(Homeopathic) Arnica 30C take one tablet 5X one day 4X the next you probably won't need more. If you're still experiencing that "swimmy" feeling add Cocculus 30C.
I recommend Arnica, one tab taken on the way to the airport, one tab in the terminal and one or two on the flight and one upon landing in the new time zone. Stay up as late as you can manage and try to wake in the morning at a reasonable hour. You need not suffer from jet-lag if you do this.

Some people say Melatonin (bad spelling sorry) is really good to cure jet lag. Although I wouldn't touch the stuff anything that resets your body clock can't be too good for you.
Personally, and I know this wouldn't suit many people, I'd have a few drinks as that normally sends me off to sleep, not too many though, be sensible!

those who have never suffered from jet lag think it means you are out of whack with your timing. I had one session when everything went awry, constipation, drowsyness at all times, eating at midnight... the lot. all I can say is suffer it for about four days and you will come right. spend as much time in bed as you can, sleep it off and next time take a sleeping pill as you board the 'plane and you will have half cured the problem before it takes hold.............. good luck.

I've read that melatonin can help with jet lag. You can purchase this pretty much anywhere (it's usually by the vitamins). I would recommend fiber for your digestion problems.
