you migh want to try a low fat low sugar weight gain powder that you can mix with water or milk less fat with water but also less calories but if you are looking for size the extra fat will not be a problem you can shift it later, i take in about 4000 calories a day when traing heavy but i drink most of them for ease on the training side of things if you are slim stay away from isolation exercises and go for the bigger basic movement until you have size then go for definition hope this helps and good luck with the training

Try the body for life method. It will tell you how and when to take more proteins and shakes. I needed to put on weight, ( I tend to lose weight very easily) and this worked wonders for me.
