Sux doesn't it? In the workplace, i find that women in a superior position are tougher on women, but would act cool with male coworkers when things go wrong. It s as though we don't trust each other, maybe bcos of competition amongst ourselves, sure we compete with men as well, but i think when you're competing for the same things using the same techniques and etc, you tend to be suspicious and compare more with one another.
Familiarity breeds contempt, women know women, and we all can only hate what is a reflection of what's also inside of ourselves in the end.But yeah, many women are above such trivialities and many men are tough on other men as well, it's just that it isn't as conspicous as women

I do not know why. I am flabbergasted to see this happening at my job. I had been self employed for several years and "out of it". Getting back in the job market I was just shocked to see the back stabbing. I forgot what it was to work with women. I guess we will always have drama queens , most of all we will always have gossip.

This is not true in all cases. This truly depends on whom you choose to allow in your life. I personally, do not have time for petty, ignorance and dis empowering women. I am a very huge supporter of women, I love my fellow human beings, and I believe when women are busy trying to tear another women down, it has more to do with her self esteem and personal issues and less about the women she is try to tear down. Women are loving and nurturing creatures, they need to learn to be supportive of one another and not jealous. Just my opinion, God bless****

Because of differing personalities. My friends mum really annoys me because she bitches about people she doesnt understand, shouts when shes angry, without listening to reason and tries stroking my hair. Females can have extreme difference in personalities. Than again don't just assume its a female problem.

Women have a mind of their own. And they prefer to have their own space! Especially when it comes to their own kitchen. LOL.... I don't know why, but personally, I get along with women as long as I don't have to live with them! :o)

you ask your friend who you do not know is insecure for advice
people take power wherever they can, so your friend decides to mess with my head indirectly through you (as she knows that i am obviously nieve and perceives it as a weakness)
