I agree, of course I've never had to truly deal with anyone who complains about Christmas in anyway. I missed Christmas at home last year because I was stuck in Korea, so I can't wait to get home next week and start celebrating

You are right there is no Christmas Spirit. It's about giving and not receiving. Why not go one better than donating money to charity donate your time and that of work colleagues. They might appreciate it more. Not everyone has a Merry Christmas but they make the best of it with very little. Christmas is about sharing the good with the bad.
Merry Christmas to everyone out there. Happy Thanksgiving Day.

Well, I myself do tend to get grumpy over the vast commercialism that Christmas has become. Send me to Walmart around the holidays and I am complaining that people get more stupid the closer the holiday comes up.
But, yes, I do agree with you. For the most part Christmas is a wonderful time of year, a great day to observe Christ's birth.

I LOVE Christmas. It's fantastic. I love thinking about what to buy people that will really delight them, the carols, people being nicer to each other, the sparkliness, the whole thing!
Did I mention I LOVE Christmas? I do you know...
LOL :-)
Oh sorry, I haven't answered the question. Yes. I am sick of Scrooges at Christmas

Totally agree 100% it is the thought that count not the actual cost of the present i wished i had a camera shot of my present i recieved last xmas from my friend stove top covers ....lol i know exactly what your saying but the wrapping paper would have cost more than the stove top covers..lol
wishing you and your family a very merry and safe xmas and an even better new year.

I agree. Some people just want something to moan about. If they dislike Christmas, that's their choice, but why ruin the fun for everyone else?

i love christmas, it is a magical time of year, it gives me more pleasure to give gifts than to receive them, i love to see their faces, espescially the children, and it need not cost a fortune. some people do go over the top, ok if you can afford it. its even better when its a white christmas.
