In the Philippines, could this be a wet market for the working class? And I am not referring to Talipapa on the coast....

Its a wet and dry market wherein you can buy meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, grocery items like canned goods, bottled items etc.

I don't know..I would like to find out also..it sounds like those fish in the market but it's called "tilapia" so it could be that meaning

its the same as talipapa, some just make it sound classy so instead of saying talipapa, they say talipaps...other example is san andres bukid, they will say st andrews field, lolz
