I don't no BUT thy film the Bill in the area that i live (Wimbledon South London) and thy are a right pain in the a** thy park there catering van in the road out side my house the noise thy make is loud nobody can get past in the car thy just seem to take over the whole estate there are dogs barking all the time,i think its time that thy started to record in a new area
