The most annoying ringtone is Nokia's standard ring ~ I worked there for five years and heard it ALL the time! You'd think that Nokia employees could get away from using that, but no.
My favorite is what my hubby has on his phone right now, which is one of my all-time favorite songs, Sweet Home Alabama. But it's not the ringtone, it's the real song. I really can't stand ringtones in general.

An ex-pal of mine had a Rabbid from Rayman and the Raving Rabbids screaming even though it became a really short loop and the screams did not even end or perhaps very last for longer then a 2d so it purely went "DAAAA-DAAAA-DAAAAA..." It became truly loud and really annoying.
