Yes I sleep walk. I think that is how I ended up here on the computer. LOL.

Yes, I once walked in my sleep while I was in the military . We were doing a deployment excercise on loading our equipment onto airplanes. We had to spend the night nearby the flight line. I woke up when I tripped over a fellow soldier, I was embarassed and glad I had not walked too far being close to the airport.

I sleep walk all the time especially when im stressed, ive even been to a sleep centre and put on a monitor to watch me and I still got up and walked.
One night I dreamt I was chasing my shoes down the road and went outside the front door slammed and woke me up, I couldnt get back in the house and my wife is a heavy sleeper, so I had to break in my shed and kip down, worse thing was I sleep in the buff, very embarrassing when I had to get in in the morning, lucky it was summer so it wasnt very cold.
Ive climbed out of my bedroom window, into wardrobes. all kind of things its can be quite scary.
