I have a Bible, a New Testament, that my grandma gave me when I was six. It's been chewed by the dog, ran through the wash, hilighted every which way, and it's a KING JAMES VERSION, which is scary! But my grandma is a big part of my life and the reason for my relationship with God(tumultuous as it may be), so the little Book is pretty important to me :)

I have 3 things from when I was a kid that I will not give up.
1 is my great great grandpas shirt. 2 My mom and dads Bible from where they got married. 3 My moms wedding ear ring, the reason I say ear ring is because she got rid of them and I could only find one of them.
Then from my marriage to my husband the 1 thing I hold on to is a teddy bear that has pins that everyone buys for me. I think that there is around 25 pins on it and I've been married for 9 years. So that is a lot of pins that mean a lot to me. Good Luck!!!!!

The only things I hold precious that are physical are my photos and my grandmother's old push pettle Singer sewing machine. That old sewer holds alot of wonderful memories! I can remember being 3 or 4 when she first taught me to sew doll clothes on it! I would be very hurt if something ever happened to it.

No one thing in particular- a few items that would mean nothing to anyone else- they bring back certain memories of loved ones. I like the thought that nobody will ever know exactly what the heart shaped rock or pinch of confetti is about.

i have a Golliwog my grandmother made when I was a baby. it looks like it has been dragged behind a car, one arm was hanging off. I loved that thing, her name was "GRANNY"
My mother found her again when my grandmother passed away, tucked into the back of a cupboard. It was left there to be repaired years before.
My mum fixed her arm and made her new clothes and she is back living with me. Strange the things that you get attached to!.

oh crap! I just had a deja-vu while reading this question.
That must be a sign for me to answer it.
I have a droor full "junk" that has sentimental value. but if I had to pick one it would be a letter my best friend wrote me when we were in 5th grade where she says I'm the siter she never had and in the future even if we parted ways I'd still be her best friend. he he, we parted ways about 9 years ago but I still consider her my best friend.
