what other case aside from libel that might charge you? just an internet access.

I'm not sure if this applies to you or not (you'll have to make that call), but the California Supreme Court (this will set precedence elsewhere, though) has decided that if you post something online which criticizes or attacks a person, either personally or professionally, and you did not write it, you cannot be sued. If that person who has been attacked decides to sue, he/she can only sue the original writter.

Yes, one can file a case against anyone for any reason, at least a civil case. It is expensive and has to be proven before a judge or a jury, so the chances are slim.
