my periods only last 4 days and im always on time, so far. can any one help?

The easiest/cheapes way is to chart your temperature, as you temperature drops just before ovulation and rises the day after.Go to a site like www.fertilityfriend.com and use the free chart and info there. It will help you know what your body is doing in order to get pregnant or avoid pregnancy. You can guesstimate the middle of your cycle but cycles are a little more complex than that. A 22 days cycle is short and may be indicative that you have a very short luteal phase which you may want to discuss with your Dr, especially if you are planning to become pregnant.

I think a crude way to calculate is the 13th, 14th , 15th day from the day you start your period. That's the dangerous period.
For a more accurate method, you can use the ovulation test kits, easily available at pharmacies .

You obviously have a three week cycle so try to work it out as a three weekly cycle.
