Nicest would be when a couple towed my car to the gas station after I'd run out of gas and my daughter - who was an infant at the time - and I had walked up to a gas station - several miles - only to find it closed. The rudest is a tough one to answer. I'll have to go with when a little brat was running in the store with a cart and ran straight into me. I was thrown off balance - would have fallen had I not grabbed the cart - but, I guess, that move might have been misinterpreted and said - somewhat surprised - "Excuse me?!" The mother of the child then launched into a tirade at me about how the little brat running full speed in the grocery store hadn't intended to hit me and that I just needed to get over it.

This truck driver came into my workplace in tears. He said his father was in the hospital dying and he needed a place to park his semi truck and a ride to the airport. I got his truck parked on my work property and got the distressed driver a ride to the airport at a 50% discount from a local cab company and sent him home to be with his father.

picked up a Canadian Backpacker who had all his money, ID and passport stolen.

The poor guy had spent the night on the beach, had been eaten alive by mosquitoes, hadn't eaten since the morning before.

We fed him, gave him some money and dropped him off as far as we could take him so he could continue on to Sydney.

i often wonder how he went.

I was in a rush this morning, and there was this idiot dawdling in front of me. He seemed to have a sixth sense deal about him because every time I tried to walk around him, he side-stepped, blocking me. Despite this, I didn't rip his friggin' throat out.

I should be ordained as a saint or something.
